I am already a customer. What do I need to do to order online?

If this is your first time visiting our website, you will need to set up an account - just click "customer login" along the top toolbar and register with us to get started.

 

Can I register and order online if I don't have an account?

Yes! All products displayed on our site are available to any member of the public.

 

Could I apply for a trade account?

Yes of course, contact our office and we will be happy to send you over an application form.

 

How long does it take for my delivery to be dispatched?

We aim to process orders made before 12pm on the same day. Please be aware this is reliant on stock availability. Although it is rare for stock to be unavailable, in the case that it is we will contact you and your order will arrive with you in no more than 3-4 working days.

 

Can you do Saturday or timed deliveries?


Please contact us to enquire about special delivery – we should be able to arrange this for you!

 


 

Registration and Login

What’s a login / username?

Your login / username is your unique ID that you use to access the site and your information - on this site, your username is the email that you registered your account with.

 

I have forgotten my password – what should I do?

If you forget your password just go to the 'Customer Login' screen and click on "Forgotten Password"  and then follow the instructions on screen.

 


 

Search

How do I find products online?

There are three ways to search on our products:

The search box – type in the keywords or part number for the product you are searching for.

Categories – browse through our categories to find the appropriate product

Brands – if you know a certain

 

I can't find the product I'm looking for?

Don’t worry if you can not find the product you are looking for. We don’t as of yet show all the products online that we sell over the counter. So it is more than likely we do stock the product you are after! Please contact us and we will be happy to help you find what you are looking for!
 

How do I find more detailed technical information about a product?

 

We try to deliver as much information possible that we feel is appropriate for the products on the website but we do understand that sometimes you may need a bit more information. Please don’t hesitate to give our sales team a call. They are very knowledgeable and will help in any way they can!

 

Why aren't there any results for my search?

Firstly check spelling and make sure you have only used key words, if this doesn’t work it is likely that we don’t stock this product online as of yet but don’t worry it is just as easy to order over the phone as it is online! Please give our expert sales team a call on 01908 631500!

 

How do I find a product by a particular manufacturer?

You can either click on the tab at the top of the page that reads ‘Brands’ this will take you to a list of all the manufacturers we supply or alternatively you can type the manufactures name into the search bar.

 


 

Ordering

Can I pick up my order from your store?

Yes. Most orders you place can be picked up from our store. When selecting the delivery option, choose 'collection at store'.
 

Can I pay by cash when I collect my item?

You would not be able to order online as you have to pay online before we are able process the order, however, it is viable to pay cash on collection if you order over the phone! Give us a call on 01908 631500.

 

How will I know that you've got my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will get an email to confirm that we have received it.

If you do not receive an order conformation, give us a ring and we'll sort it!

 

How long will delivery take?

Our courier service is next day delivery so providing you get your order into us before 12pm we will do everything we can to get the item to you the next working day – if for some reason this will not be the case we will contact you to let you know an expected delivery date!

 

How do I view my shopping basket?

Click "Shopping Cart". This can be located at the top right of the page.

 

How do I add items to my shopping basket?

Click the "Add to Cart" button located next to the product.

 

Do you charge for carriage / postage?

We do, it’s a flat rate of £6.50, this is for Next Day delivery.

If you are nearby you also have the option to collect- for free!

 

I have no credit card; can I still buy from you?

You can also use a bank debit card to pay for your items.

 

For same day dispatch, what is the latest I can place my order?

We cannot guarantee same day dispatch.

We do try though – if you place your order before 12pm and we'll prioritise your order to try and ensure it arrives with you the next day!

 

What type of order confirmation will I receive?

Your order conformation will be an email letting you know all of the items you have bought, along with the amount you have paid.

 

I submitted an order with an error, how do I amend it?

Contact us as soon as you notice the mistake - we'll try to amend your order.

 


 

Managing my Account

 

How do I delete a saved basket?

To delete what's in your basket, just hover over the 'Shopping Cart' icon and select the the ‘X’ and it will delete that item from your shopping cart.

 

I don't see orders I placed by telephone.

Your account and online account are not linked, although you may have the same terms.

Orders made over the telephone are still dealt with by our sales and stores team manually.

 

How can I change my address details online?

To change your address, go to the "Customer Login" page and log in to your account.

There you can either add a new address or edit one of your previously used ones.

 


 

After Sales

 

My item arrived broken, what should I do?

Please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
